You may register using your email address or through Google OAuth. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
One-Time Payment: All paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
Free Tier: Every user receives 2 free practice interviews upon registration. No credit card is required for free sessions.
Paid Plans: We offer various plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) with different features and interview limits. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
Access Period: Paid plans include a limited access period (60-180 days depending on plan). After expiration, you retain access to view past sessions but cannot start new interviews.
Currency: All prices are displayed in USD. Payment processing may convert to your local currency.

You retain ownership of any content you provide during practice sessions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating transcripts and feedback).

No Visa Guarantee: Permito DOES NOT guarantee, promise, or imply that using our Service will result in visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers based on factors beyond our control. Our Service is a practice tool only.
Not Legal or Immigration Advice: Permito is NOT an immigration consultant, law firm, or legal service. Nothing in our Service constitutes legal advice, immigration counseling, or professional guidance. We do not represent you before any government agency. For legal matters, consult a licensed immigration attorney in your jurisdiction.
AI May Be Inaccurate: Our AI system is a simulation tool that may provide responses that are inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. The AI:
No Reliance: You should NOT rely on any information, feedback, or suggestions from our AI when preparing for your actual visa interview. Always verify information through official government sources (e.g., travel.state.gov for US visas) and qualified professionals.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
By using Permito, you acknowledge and agree that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERMITO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Permito and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end immediately.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine harmful to the Service or other users.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@permito.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Permito agree to resolve any claims through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable by any court.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND PERMITO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of intellectual property rights.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@permito.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. For users outside the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to the extent required by local law.
