Partner Agreement

Last updated: February 19, 2026

1. Overview

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Permito Partner Program ("Program"). By registering as a partner, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Permito ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered visa interview practice platform. The Program allows approved partners ("you", "Partner") to earn commissions by referring new users to our platform through unique referral links.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any partner application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

As a Partner, you will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by users you refer:

  • Default commission rate: 50% of each payment made by referred users (may be adjusted per partner by mutual agreement)
  • Lifetime commissions: You earn commission on every qualifying payment made by users you refer, not just the first purchase
  • Attribution model: Last-click attribution with a 30-day cookie window. If a user clicks multiple referral links, the most recent referral partner receives credit
  • Qualifying purchases: Commissions apply to plan purchases and practice packs. Refunded transactions are excluded

We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to already-earned commissions.

3. Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
  • Frequency: Monthly, processed within the first 15 days of the following month
  • Method: Cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) to the wallet address specified in your partner profile
  • Supported networks: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20

It is your sole responsibility to provide a valid wallet address and select the correct network. Permito is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address or wrong network.

Balances below the minimum threshold carry over to the next month. Unpaid balances remain available indefinitely as long as your account is active.

4. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned through the Program. Permito does not withhold taxes and will not provide tax forms (W-9, 1099, etc.). Consult a tax professional in your jurisdiction regarding your obligations.

5. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote Permito through legitimate channels including your website, social media, blog, YouTube channel, email newsletters (to your own subscribers), and other digital platforms. When promoting, you must:

  • Provide honest and accurate information about Permito's services
  • Not guarantee visa approval outcomes or imply that using Permito ensures visa success
  • Not bid on Permito brand keywords in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Not send unsolicited spam emails, messages, or comments
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (FTC guidelines, etc.)
  • Not create content that could damage Permito's reputation or brand
Important: Permito is a practice tool only. You must not represent it as immigration advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of visa approval in any promotional materials.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

  • Self-referrals — referring yourself or your own accounts to earn commissions
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or automated click generation
  • Creating fake accounts or generating fraudulent traffic or signups
  • Bidding on Permito brand terms ("permito", "permito.ai") in PPC advertising
  • Using coupon or deal sites without prior written approval
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with Permito (e.g., claiming to be an employee)
  • Using Permito's name, logo, or trademarks in a domain name
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Use of Permito Brand

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Permito name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting the Service under this Agreement. You may not:

  • Modify or alter the Permito logo or brand assets
  • Use Permito branding in a way that implies endorsement of your other products or services
  • Register any domain, social media handle, or trademark containing "permito"

This license terminates immediately upon termination of your partner account.

8. Suspension and Termination

By You: You may terminate your participation at any time by deleting your partner account. Earned but unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid in the next payout cycle.

By Us: Permito reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice for no-cause termination.

Suspension for cause: If your account is suspended due to violation of these terms, any pending commissions for the period in question may be forfeited. We will provide written notice of the reason for suspension and the specific violations.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your referral links will be deactivated. Existing referrals already attributed to you will remain attributed, but no new referrals will be tracked.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERMITO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST COMMISSIONS, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer

Permito is an AI-powered interview practice tool. It does not provide immigration advice, legal counsel, or guarantee visa approval. Partners must not represent it as such in any promotional materials or communications.

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY LEVEL OF REFERRAL TRAFFIC, CONVERSIONS, OR COMMISSION EARNINGS.

11. Changes to This Agreement

Permito may update this Agreement at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting partners@permito.ai.
